Wazlio provides a subscription marketplace for off-market real estate listings and offers. It is not a brokerage, escrow agent, title company, or lender, and it does not provide legal, financial, or title services. Access is limited to vetted, approved members.

Membership is billed at $199 per year. Wholesaler accounts are invite-only. Listings, asking prices, and figures are supplied by members and are subject to verification; Wazlio does not guarantee any listing, value, or outcome.

By using Wazlio you agree to keep masked information confidential, to deal in good faith, and to complete transactions through a licensed title & escrow partner. See our privacy notice and disclaimer for related terms.
