Wazlio provides a members-only marketplace for off-market real estate listings and offers. It is not a brokerage, escrow agent, title company, or lender, and it does not provide legal, financial, or title services. Access is limited to vetted, approved members.

During Complimentary Early Access, Wazlio collects no payment method and charges no fees. Wholesaler accounts are invite-only. Listings, asking prices, and figures are supplied by members and are subject to verification; Wazlio does not guarantee any listing, value, or outcome.

To end or change your membership, email support@wazlio.com and we will handle it with you.

By using Wazlio you agree to keep non-public listing and member information confidential, to deal in good faith, and to complete transactions through a licensed title & escrow partner. See our privacy notice and disclaimer for related terms.

A counsel-reviewed version of these terms will be published before the marketplace opens to transactions.
